Signature Pilot 1.2.1 will produce it very simple and convenient for you to sign any sort of document, agreement, etc. right on your personal computer.
Sometimes you really need to send a signed agreement by e-mail in a graphic format.
You have to print out the agreement, sign it, and scan it in order to send it. By using your personal computer, you can avoid printing your document out on paper and then scanning it.
If you have your signature pic on your personal computer you can just add it to the agreement pic and e-mail it.
We have realized this concept in our Signature Pilot 1.2.1 program.
To sign your document all you need to do is:
- Using Signature Pilot 1.2.1, open any graphic file containing your document.
- Drag the signature pic from the Shelf area and insert it into the correct place in your document.
- Send this pic file by e-mail and/or save it on your PC.
A signed document can be faxed or saved in PDF format.
Signature Pilot Step By Step:
- Open your agreement
If you have your agreement in pic format, simply select “Open” in the File pop-up menu. If your agreement is in any electronic format, first open it in its own program (MS Word, Adobe safety…) and then send it from there to Signature Pilot 1.2.1 (File/Print/Signature Pilot 1.2.1 virtual printer). The agreement pic will open in Signature Pilot.
- Insert the text
Make sure that the A icon is active. security Click at the place in the agreement where the content should begin (a content area will appear), and type what you wish (for example, the name of your company) in that content area. You can do the same thing to enter any other details that goes along with your signature (for example, your title in the company or the date). If you want to move the content, just click on the header of the content box and drag it.
- Sign your agreement
Turn on the Freehand Line utility and sign your agreement. You can also sign your name on a piece of paper and scan your signature to produce an image-format file with it, and insert the signature pic into your document using the Insert Picture option.
- Save your signature on the Shelf
Put the graphic pic of the signature on the Shelf. You can either drag it onto the Shelf security (at the right side of the program window) and release the button when you get it there, or you can use the Put on the Shelf option. Now it is saved on the Shelf and you can take it from there and insert it into your documents whenever you need it.
- Send your agreement by e-mail
Choose the Send/E-mail option in the File pop-up menu.
- Save your document
Use the Save option from the same File pop-up menu. After you have saved the document in your chosen format, you can open it and print it out.
Requirements:
- x86-based personal computer

- scanner (optional);
- Far East languages supported in a Far East Windows version;
- supported graphic file formats: BMP, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, PCX, GIF.
