PDF Editor Toolkit is a useful library (SDK for VB, Delphi, C++, ASP, .NET) developers that helps you edit and generate PDF documents and supports most of the common features of the Portable Document Format. With PDF Editor Toolkit 2.0, you can create PDF document from yourself program, PDF Editor Toolkit 2.0 also allows you to easily append, split, merge, stamp, encrypt, decrypt and print PDF files.

PDF Editor Toolkit is a standalone library and does not require Adobe Acrobat, or even Acrobat Reader.
