Hi James, I did this on mine this spring, contact me off line if you want pictures.
I could generate the throttle body limiter screw protect the throttle bodies a small more open (without affecting the idle), but if I wanted WOT result in 100% from TPS, then fully closed would give a 6-7% reading.
I am looking for a throttle cable that is extended and will fit the stock carb….it is not on a klx and it is facing the opposite direction of the klx so the cable needs to be longer.
