The Coherent PDF Command Line Tools package was designed to aid you manipulate PDF files. Split, merge, linearize, scale, rotate, crop, encrypt, decrypt, watermark, bookmark, annotate, attach, impose etc. Full manual provided. For Windows, Mac and Linux.
