The Power Sound Cutter solution was designed to be a audio converter / cutter. The main function of Power Sound Cutter is to convert sound files from one format to another and cut a part of file into new sound file. The program supports wav, mp3, m4a, amr, wma, rm, mpa, ape, mpc, wv, ac3, au sound formats.
