The Perfect Diet Tracker 2.0.2 programm was produced based on scientific research, primarily using the Harris Benedict Equation to calculate your 'basal metabolic rate' or BMR.

When you first set up a PC user in the software it will ask you for certain details, including your age, height, weight sex, security and current activity levels.

The software then calculates your basal metabolic rate and the number of calories you need in order to maintain your current body weight.

Using your goal weekly weight loss, the Perfect Diet Tracker will then suggest a daily calorie intake figure per day in order to lose, maintain or gain weight.
